OPEN is a universal standard for access to parcel boxes, co-developed by the main manufacturers within a GIE.Trusted third party, multi-brand and multi-operator, OPEN is open to 100% of referenced home delivery players, from national expressists to local couriers.Our solution enables successful home delivery on the first try, even in the absence of the recipient, without an appointment, without contact, in a private box until collection.Safe and traceable home delivery, for the satisfaction of all players in the trade and their customers, thanks to a simplified process and interoperability of services:- Arrived at the place of delivery, the authorized delivery person scans the QR-code affixed to the parcel boxes with his smartphone,- Its request is sent to OPEN, which forwards it to the manufacturer; after rights control, the latter instantly returns an encrypted one-time code,- The delivery person can access the boxes and drop off the packages.The OPEN application allows you to:- Create your account and activate your users- Choose your delivery process- Scan the OPEN QR-code- Obtain an encrypted single-use access code allowing the opening of boxes- Track your delivery history
